With Season 6: Zero Gravity unfolding, NBA 2K22 ensures that its player base has plenty of content to play. The new season kicked off with three new Dark Matter maps, and more information is coming out that continues to keep MyTeam mode as popular as ever.

Over the next five weeks, players can increase their progression for a total of 25 players, starting with some gold level units and ending with a Dark Matter card. With new serial pack and locker code, NBA 2K22 is pulling out all the stops to make Season 6 take off and be bigger than its predecessor.

In MyTeam, players can complete tasks within the Agenda series to receive rewards based on their performance. Season 6: Zero Gravity Agenda begins with a 75 total Giannis Antetokounmpo, which players can acquire by simply winning a game. Over the next five weeks, players must use the card they receive the day before to receive the reward the next day. Oklahoma City Thunder’s Vit Krejci is the Day 2 reward, obtainable by using the Day 1 Antetokounmpo card in a challenge, and is rated at 76 overall.

Adding to the depth of Season 6 content, NBA 2K22 also released a new series pack titled Takeoff, following the success of the Metamorphosis pack, and features high-profile units that players won’t want to miss. Available for one week only and limiting players to five packs, each pack contains a guaranteed take-off themed card that will give any player’s MyTeam a big boost. Up for grabs are Dark Matter Glen Rice (99 overall), Galaxy Opal Victor Oladipo (98 overall), Pink Diamond Jalen Suggs (96 overall) and Diamond Joel Embiid (94 overall). A new Event Exchange will also be available starting next week, and players can strive for a HOF Limitless Spot-Up Badge.

NBA 2K22 has a new locker code allowing players to collect free items, as is usually the case with any Series Pack release. Redeeming the code MyTEAM-ZERO-GRAVITY-E9WIY will give each player a free Zero Gravity Pack or Diamond Shoe Boost. Locker codes in NBA 2K22 are always a nice bonus to give players, allowing them to open a free pack in hopes of getting one of the latest cards available in the game. Players can also opt for the Diamond Shoe Boost, but the majority of the playerbase would rather take a chance on the gacha-like system and bring in someone who can make an immediate impact on their team. For Season 6: Zero Gravity, it doesn’t hurt to add depth to a player’s roster as new challenges keep coming.

NBA 2K22 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
